TERRAPOINTE
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. With the new Terrapointe binders now installed on our shelves are the older individual Classic Walls 6, Washi 2 & 3, Genji and Pinetex 6 books phased out? P. F., Dallas, TX.
A. No, these books and product are still current and available. Your Terrapointe distributor will advise you when they are obsolete and will remove them accordingly. It is best to keep them together for now.
Q. How many square feet of wall space does each roll of Washi cover?
A. Washi, as well as Classic Walls, Specialty Products and Pinetex, is 36" wide, put up in 12 ly. Bolts and sold in increments of four yards. Each bolt will cover approximately 108 square feet of wall space.
Q. What is the best way to remove stains from the surface of Classic Walls?
A. All Classic Walls are woven and manufactured with a clear protective washable finish. However, an occasional water based stain may require white toweling, a mild detergent, clear water and very gentle rubbing/blotting. Do not scrub. Be sure to blot all cleaned areas with clear water to minimize residue rings and marks. Oil based stains may be treated with a solvent, but no guarantee of success is implied or warranted. For dust and airborne dirt and soil, regular vacuuming will help maintain Classic Walls' beauty for years.
